Every agreement in the program, published word for word — the same text you'd sign. No terms revealed at checkout, because there is no checkout.

• Enrollment Agreement — Individual The $25,000 Individual tier: Earn-Back and Leverage, the 100-Quote Challenge, the desk rules, the no-refund policy.
• Prime Tier Agreement — Business The $50,000 Prime tier: your CAGE, your awards, deliverables, and the deal-by-deal teaming rule.
• BHPE Associate Agreement The no-cost commission agreement — 20% of gross profit on covered awards. Free, and available without the Residency.
• BHPE Desk Email Policy The name@bh.pe account you work from: vendor pricing inquiries only — binding paper issues from principals, never from a Desk Account.
